Hello my loves. I have been so busy lately making some lifestyle changes. I have been working my tushy off at the gym and more importantly reading up on the human body and nutrient. So with great regret, I am going to announce a sabbatical from Kiss Me Koko. I am really sad to do this, but in all honesty, I need to concentrate on fitting in a size 10.
